I’ve NEVER tried a program.  I’m 26 days into 75 hard and feel far better about myself than I anticipated.  This next paragraph is from my journal on day one of the 75 Hard Program…

This is to prove that once a decision is made there is a process that my mind and body go through to prepare for either SUCCESS or FAILURE.  Discipline makes momentum and I desperately need momentum at this point in my life.  Stop feeling disheartened, down and sad Bobby, God has a purpose for you and it isn’t to sulk or feel sorry for yourself.  The hardships in your life are in your head.  look around and see what you have accomplished.

Get going, don’t look back, document the road ahead, have focus and achieve this for yourself!!
